Capital Purchase Orders
The final date to submit capital purchase orders was June 17th. GM's will be able to generate/submit new CapEx purchase orders through Workday as of July 1st. 

Please note : All fully approved capital purchase orders awaiting invoice upload will be transferred to Workday on July 1st, 2024. Therefore, please do not generate the same purchase orders in Workday. 

Capital Invoices
The deadline for uploading CapEx invoices associated with approved purchase orders was June 17th. 

Please note : If you were not able to upload your invoices in KFs, you can now scan and send these CapEx invoices to invoices@hhmhotels.com. It is important to remember to handwrite the approved purchase order number on the invoice to ease the payment process.
